En låt som jag gillar lite extra heter "1st and love" och handlar om hennes kärlek till... Vem vet jag inte. Jag vet att hon har skilt sig och har barn med sin förre man. Jag försökte hitta info lite snabbt via google, men hittade inget. Jag tror att Brandy generellt inte är så omskriven i media. Hon är rätt passé.
Hennes senaste album är skrivet och producerat av Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, med hjälp av Toby Gad, Midi Mafia, RedOne bland annat. Albumet hamnade på 15e plats på USA's top 200 billboard lista och sålde under första veckan 73,000 kopior. Detta är Brandy's lägsta debutstatistik någonsin.
